It contains four sections:
Introduction to Ethics
Unauthorized Entities
Unfair Trade Practices
Agent Behavior & Client Expectations.
There are two examinations (one after part two and the other after part four).

You have unlimited access for 30 days. Course extensions are available for a fee of $49 BEFORE your course expires. This fee can be paid by calling 866-357-0841 between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
